4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Digital Alerting Devices, LLC with timely access to all necessary site or technical information required to perform the services and is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all information provided.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, including technical requirements, pricing details, and account data, strictly confidential.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days. The client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Alerting Devices, LLC is registered.
